人力资本理论在当代的发展及其实践启示

摘    要:人力资本理论产生以来,经过半个世纪的发展,其论内涵得到不断丰富。整体上看,上世纪人力资本理论研究的侧重点在人力资本投资开发层面。近几年来,理论界把研究重点转向了人力资本的管理利用层面,重点研究我国劳动力的身份地位问题、激励利用问题和人力资本产权归属问题等。这些问题的深入研究对我国人力资源开发与利用工作有着重要的理论意义和实践意义。

Abstract:The connotation of human capital theory has been continuously enriched since it came into being half a century ago. As a whole, the research on human capital theory of last century was focused on the development of human capital investment. In recent years, theory circle has converted to study the human capital administration, such as the identity of labor force, the use of incentives and owner- ship of human capital. This study is of great significance to human resouree development and utilization in theoretical and practical way.
