企业文化中的以人为本

摘    要:以人为本是建设企业文化的重要原则。"以人为本"体现在企业中时,其中的"人"首先是指企业的每一个作为个体人的员工,其次是指企业的全体员工,最后还包括企业的服务对象;而"以人为本"的"本"则指要为了人、依靠人、发展人。只有从理论上搞清企业文化中的以人为本,才能搞好企业的文化建设。

Abstract:People-orientation is the important principle and content for the construction of corporate culture.When People-orientation is mentioned to be employed in enterprises,"people" in the first place refer to the individual employee,then all the staff and eventually the customers as well,and "foundation" denotes the concept of serving the people,relying on the people and promoting the people.Only through theoretically understanding the people-orientation embodied in corporate culture can the construction of corporate culture be got well done.
