| 摘 要： | 从教育学的观点出发，针对体育实践性及其社会性，结合教学需求及其可变性，提出：“以全新的思想观念，开发课程；以终身受益为目标，制定计划；以‘健身育人’为宗旨，改革教学内容；以量化管理为手段，提高教学效率”，使我国高校体育在改革发展的过程中逐步形成自己的教学风格和特色。
