半导体物理中电子的运动与有效质量的关系

摘    要:当研究半导体中的电子在外力作用下的运动时,引入了有效质量这个概念,其概括了半导体内部势场的作用,使得在研究半导体中电子在外力作用下的运动规律时,可以不涉及到半导体内部势场的作用,有效质量将量子力学结果与经典力学牛顿第二定律联系起来了,本文主要研究半导体中电子在外力作用下的运动状态,并讨论有效质量与E-k图、平均速度和加速度的关系。

Abstract:When study motion of the electrons in semiconductor under external force,the concept of effective mass was introduced,it summarized the inner potential field function of semiconductor,makes the studying the motion of the electrons in semiconductor under external force,may not involve internal potential field function.The effective mass links the quantum mechanics and classical mechanics of Newton second law results,This paper mainly study motion of the electrons in semiconductor under external force,and discuss the relation between the effective mass,E-k chart,average velocity and acceleration.
