摘    要:知识经济对国有企业管理提出了新的挑战。知识经济条件下,企业竞争的主体是具有高智能和创新能力的人才。为此,国有企业必须转变传统的管理观念,建立和完善以人为管理的根本、以人的全面发展为管理目标的人本管理体制。

Abstract:Knowledge economy puts forward the challenges to the management of state-owned enterprises.Under the conditions of knowledge economy,the competitive body is the talent persons with high intelligence and creative ability.Therefore,state-owned enterprises must change the traditional way of management,establish and perfect the system of humanistic management,which regards people and the overall development of people as the foundation and the goal of business management.
