| 摘 要： | 图书馆社会地位、群体形象和职业声望呈下滑趋势,证实了图书馆服务能力危机确已存在。能力危机阻碍了图书馆发展,化解刻不容缓。图书馆作为一个能力体,其基本要素是知识与资源,因而化解图书馆能力危机的基本武器就是图书馆资源与知识。服务创新能打破知识与资源间的平衡,维系知识与资源间非平衡态,产生知识势差,造成图书馆组织学习压力,加速图书馆组织学习。
