| 摘 要： | 领导理论中的结构维度、关怀维度和发展维度是20世纪西方研究者提出的三种基本的衡量领导行为倾向的尺度。三种维度是在领导理论发展的不同阶段出现的,并一直成为后续领导理论与实践研究最基本的考量维度。因此,对三种维度的分析与总结是十分有意义的,并期望能对今后领导有效性的相关研究有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Structure dimension?consideration dimension and development dimension in Leadership theory are three basic scales to measure leader activities tendency which are put forward by west researchers in 20 century.Three dimensions are the basic dimension on later research on leadership theory and practice.Therefore,it is very significant to analyze and summarize it. |
