In the process of the rural modernization, unprecedented progress has been made in the fields of rural politics, economy and education., but the development of modernization also makes some of the social problems in the countryside more serious. The marital problems of Yin Jia Cheng Township, a less-developed area in the west, have influenced the stability and development in the area. So far as the above-mentioned problems are concerned, measures should be taken actively to promote agricultural modernization, change ideas of marriage and to popularize the marriage law so as to accelerate the speed of modernization in this area.
