| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是对社会主义现代化建设规律认识的深化,树立新的技术价值观是落实科学发展观的具体要求。哲学社会科学对于树立新的技术价值观具有非常重要的意义。技术决策是一个跨学科的研究课题,通过参照中外学者近年来对技术伦理、尤其是技术价值论的阐述,对技术决策价值观的矛盾作了粗略的分析。

| Abstract: | Scientific views on development are a deepening knowledge of the socialist modernization law.To establish new technological values is the concrete requirements of the fulfilling of the scientific views on development.Philosophical and social sciences have very important significance regarding the establishment of new technological values.Technology decision-making is a research subject which covers a set of cross-disciplines.The paper makes a sketch contradiction analysis of some values on technological decision-making,referring to the studies on technological ethics and technological values especially by both home & abroad scholars in recent years. |
