隋炀帝的历史功绩述评

隋炀帝杨广是中国历史上恶名昭著的暴君。但其对中国古代社会历史也做出过重要贡献。他创立科举制,重视学校教育;进一步改革中央与地方官制,重订律令;继续推行均田制,改革赋役;致力于开拓西域,促进民族融合;繁荣文化艺术,为南北文化的统一奠定了基础;修凿南北大运河,流祚无穷。尤其是在大业六年前,隋炀帝可称为一位有为之君。只是由于其治国失策、繁役暴政而落了个身死国灭的可悲下场。

Yang Guang,Emperor Yang in Sui Dynasty,was a notorious tyrant in Chinese history,but he had also done a great contribution: founding the system of Ex am and thinking highly of school education; reforming center and local civil service system; pursing sharing equally fields system and reforming taxes and corvee system.He put his heart into opening up the west part of China,promoting different peoples to mix together. He paid much attention to the arts and laid a good foundation for the unity of the north and south cultures.He had people dig the Big Canal.Especially before, the 6th year of "Da Ye",Emperor Yang could be called a good emperor.Only because he made mistakes in administering country and in taxes and corvee,he waskilled and the rule of Sui Dynasty was overthrown.
