学校管理道德观的冲突与发展

摘    要:学校管理道德是学校发展的重要基础。学校管理者的道德观表现出了功利与权利的冲突,效率与公平的冲突,“人治”与“法治”的冲突。这些冲突不仅导致学校管理道德失范,也直接侵犯着教育者与受教育者的切身利益,影响着学校的形象和质量。学校管理道德观的冲突根源于学校管理者的多方面因素,受制于学校管理者多方面认识。学校管理必须走出狭隘的、封闭的、专制的怪圈,遵守社会公德和法律,转变学校管理观念,明确学校管理职能,彰显学校管理的育人功能。

Abstract:School management morality is the important basis for the school development. The moral views of school's managerial personnel are contradictory between utility and power, efficiency and equity, government of and government by. These contradictions not only result in the absence of school management morality, but also encroach on the interests of people who educate and people who are educated, harming the image and quality of the school. The clash of concepts of school management morality is caused by many factors from the school's managerial personnel. Therefore, in managing a school, we must walk out of narrowness, confinement and autocracy, abide by social morality and laws, transform the ideas of managing school, make clear the function of school management and highlight the educating function of school management.
