摘    要:介绍了植物对病原茵入侵的反应和DNA微阵列(DNA microarray)的原理.综述了DNA microarray在植物与病原茵互作过程中的应用,包括潜在的防御相关基因、基因聚类及其启动子区顺式元件的鉴定,研究不同信号途径之间的相互作用.对植物防御反应机制,包括R基因表达、防御信号转导基因、防御反应及信号分子等方面进行了阐释.提出该技术存在的问题、解决策略和应用展望.

Abstract:In this paper, reaction of plant pathogens invasion and principle of DNA micro array are introduced. Application of DNA micro array in the interaction of plant-microbes was generally reported, including identification of potential defense genes, cluster of gene and identification of cis-elements in the region of promoters, and the cross-interaction of different signal pathways. The mechanism of plant defense was interpreted, including expression of R-gene, signal transduction, and defense pathways. The deficiency, resolving ways and the applying advance were showed.
