"新基础教育"与教师校本培训

摘    要:教师校本培训是以学校为基础,与学校发展,提高教师教学科研能力紧密相关的一种教师在职培训模式。“新基础教育”研究让教师在“讲教学设计”,“讲教学过程”和“对教学设计,教学过程的反思”中,不断感悟新的教育理念。“新基础教育”研究为教师校本培训模式提供了坚实的理论与实践依据。

Abstract:School-based training, as the name suggests, is an inservice training mode for teachers, with colleges and universities themselves as the bases, that is closely related to the development of colleges and the improvement of teachers' abilities in teaching and scientific research. The study of the " New Basic Education" enables teachers to realiae the importance of new education concept in the course of "Paying Attention to Teaching Plans", "Paying Attention to Teaching Procedures" and "The Introspection into the Teaching Plans and Teaching Procedures". Finally, the study of the "New Basic Education" provides for teachers' school-based training mode a solid foundation of theory and practice.
