| 摘 要： | 高职院校的培养计划实际上就是产学合作人才的培养计划，它是高职院校人才培养工作的实施蓝图。高职院校应以产学合作人才培养目标与特色为依据，来制定人才培养计划的指导思想、基本原则、培养模式及课程内容，从而制定出符合社会需求与发展要求的人才培养计划。

| Abstract: | In fact ,the talent training plan of study-production cooperative education is the talent training plan in higher vocational schools. It is an overall program by which higher vocational schools attain their goal of training talents. The higher vocational schools should elaborate the guidelines, basic principle, training model and basic content of the talent training plan for study-production cooperative education according to the objectives and characteristics of the cooperative education. So the talent training plan which according to the demands and development of society can be gained. |
