高校扩招与就业中的“路径依赖”

近几年的高校扩招已使高校毕业生的就业问题日趋突出。高校的功能是多方面的，但当我们把教育作为刺激经济增长的一种途径时，它原有的许多功能将不可避免地发生扭曲。近几年高校毕业生就业难最主要的原因是扩招是在政府主导下以行政手段来推进的，而就业则通过市场化方式来进行，两者按两条完全不同的路径进行。由于误区、脱节与失衡的存在，注定了扩招将走入“路径依赖”这一新制度经济学术语。

Path dependence of colleges' enlargement and employment

These years with the speed- up of the popularized higher education job-hunting has become issue for senior undergraduates. The higher education has many kinds of functions. When we make use of education for stimulating our economy, many of its functions will be unavoidably distorted. The main reason of the college graduates employment problem is that the recruit students is based on the government, but the employment is based on the market. The enlargement of recruit students will be destined to get into path dependence because of the existence of trap and unbalance.
