电磁场作用载流金属熔体流动问题的差分计算

摘    要:依据差分方法将电磁流体控制方程离散化,得到差分方程,计算了在电磁场作用下方形铸模腔内载流金属熔体的流动问题,计算分析了电磁场对载流熔体流动的促进或抑制作用,讨论了不同励磁电流、频率对熔体流动的影响,电磁力作用与熔体运动的相互关系。

Abstract:Using difference method,the governing equations of electromagnetic hydromechanics are dispersed,and the difference equations are obtained.The flow problem of conductive molten metal in the quadrate mold is solved under electromagnetic loading.The promoting or impeding effect of electromagnetic field to conductive molten metal is analyzed.The effect of different exciting current or frequency to flow of molten metal and the relation between electromagnetic force and flow of molten metal are discussed.
