| 摘 要： | 在介绍与评价美国、日本等国学者关于信息化水平的测度理论与方法的基础上,分析评价我国国家信息化指标体系,认为我国公布的《国家信息化指标构成方案》在指标体系建立的理论基础,指标体系的全面性与完善性,指标体系的数据收集方法等方面比美、日学者提出的信息化水平测度理论与方法有了进一步发展,并就如何进一步完善国家信息化水平指标体系和指标结构提出建议。
