| 摘 要： | 该文就企业创新的现状进行描述性分析，指出了阻碍企业创新的几个主要因素，提出要进一步调整战略思路，以加大科技投入和创新人才的培养为切入点，着力提高企业自主创新能力，不断提高经济社会发展的科技含量，推动经济增长方式从要素驱动型向创新驱动型转变。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the present situation of the companies＇ innovation, the writer points out the main elements that hamper the companies＇ innovation. Then the writer says, we should make a further effort in adjusting our strategy, improve the companies＇ innovation ability, develop the technical portion in the social development consistently through the key point of enlarging technical input and cultivating creative talents. |
