| 摘 要： | 当前,围绕"绿色证书"所开展的农业培训不能满足中国农民这一庞大弱质群体职业分化的需要,未来农民职业教育应以政府为投入主体,以职业学校为实施主体,拓宽多元化资金来源,逐步建立能够推动农民有效就业、可为广大农民公平享受并对农民有重点倾斜的高效运行的农民职业教育体系。

| Abstract: | The agricultural training based on governmental items such as Green Certificate can not meet the demand for vocational differentiation of Chinese peasant as a weak group in China.Future rural vocational education should lay government investment as principal channel,vocational school as principal operator with financial multi-sources,and should establish an fair and efficient system to improve effective employment of the peasants. |
