| 摘 要： | 大学的定位是其社会服务功能研究的逻辑起点。社会"三元结构理论"为大学定位提供了新的理论分析框架。社会服务职能是大学对社会需求作出反应的一种外适功能,具有学术性、公益性、公共性、层次性等特性。学术独立以满足社会的根本需求,协调发展以保证大学的多层职能,规范产业行为、建立合作机构与制度是我们对社会服务职能实现的理性分析。
