中小学教师问题行为成因探析

摘    要:教师问题行为直接影响着学生的身心健康和全面发展。教师问题行为的产生既有教师个体心理原因 ,又有学生方面的原因 ,同时也有一系列心理社会原因。教师以及社会必须认清教师问题行为的成因 ,并采取恰当的预防和纠正措施 ,以促进师生的共同发展。

Abstract:The problematic behaviors of teachers affect the students'physical and mental health and overall development directly. There exist teachers' individual mental reasons and students' reasons, as well as some psychosocial factors that result in the occurrence of the problematic behaviors of teachers. The teachers and our society must recognize the causes of the problematic behaviors of teachers, and adopt the fitting measures of prevention and rectification, to promote the common development of teachers and students.
