| Abstract: | The paper introduces the Maxi-160 UPS in monocrystal silicon wafer production equipment DS262/C Multi- wire Saw made by MEYER BURGER Ltd. Switzerland, including the function, working principle, type selection, installation and wiring of the UPS. Also it briefly states the related matters of the UPS during running and maintenance. |
