摘    要:以往的工作中,思想政治教育往往强调教的方面,并在一定程度上忽视受众的反应。新时代,为适应主要矛盾的转变,思想政治教育活动应更加强调受众的感受与体验。为此,在实践活动中,思想政治教育者应当以提升受众的满意度作为切入点,以提升思想政治教育的效果。具体来看,思想政治教育者应以受众需求作为施教的出发点,使教育活动有贯穿始终的线索;以改善受众体验度作为施教过程的重点,使教育过程的主要任务得以明确;以增强受众获得感作为施教的落脚点,使施教活动的努力有处安放。

Abstract:In previous work,ideological and political education often emphasized the aspect of teaching and ignored the audience’s response to a certain extent.In the new era,in order to adapt to the change of major contradictions,ideological and political education activities should emphasize the audience’s feelings and experiences.Therefore,in practical activities,ideological and political educators should take the satisfaction of the audience as the starting point to enhance the effect of ideological and political education.Specifically,ideological and political educators should take the needs of the audience as the starting point for teaching,so that education activities have a continuous thread;to improve audience experience as the focus of the teaching process,so that the main tasks of the educational process are clear;the audience’s sense of acquisition is the end point of teaching,so that the efforts of teaching activities can be put in place.
