GIS与元胞自动机模型应用探讨

摘    要:通过对地理信息系统(GIS)与元胞自动机结合的可行性进行分析,在此基础上利用空间动态模型组件技术,使GIS与元胞自动机模型进行嵌套结合,从而构建了基于GIS的元胞自动机模拟流行病传播模型,并以SARS病毒传播为例验证了该模型的可靠性。

Abstract:Cellular automata is dynamics system which is performed in separated time according to the certain neighborhood principle,in the celleular space which is composed in the separate and limited condition.Its simulation needs the GIS support.By analysing the union feasibility between GIS and Celleular Automata and making GIS carry on the nesting union with cellular automata through spatial dynamic modeling,it constructs simulation epidemic disease model based on GIS and cellular automata.And it has confirmed this reliability of the model by taking the SARS virus dissemination as the example.
