| 摘 要： | 塑造学生健康的心理是学校教育的重要任务,由于学校教育中,教育者的思想观念和教育方式等方面存在的问题,出现了影响学生心理健康的师源性因素,对学生的身心发展产生了恶劣的影响.教育者应该充分认识到师源性因素产生的原因及其表现,努力端正思想观念、调整教育和管理方式,促进学生的全面健康发展.

| Abstract: | It is an important task of school education to model studenta to have healthy psychology. However, due to some incorrect teaching ideas and manners, there existed in present school education negative faction of teacher-orientation which has great influence on student's psychological health. So, in order to make students develop holisticly, educators must manage to rectify teaching condelt and idea,regulate the manners of teaching and manegement with realization of the reason and result of teacher-orientation. |
