| 摘 要： | 培养高素质创新型人才是21世纪我国高校人才培养的重要目标。作为高校培养人才的重要阵地——实验室，也必须适应这一人才培养目标，走开放型实验室教学之路。该文简要论述了传统实验教学的弊端及开放型实验教学的意义，并对开放型实验教学的实现方式和加快开放型实验室建设问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The high quality talent cultivation is an important target of our university in the 21^st century. The laborato- ries and teachers must adapt themselves to this target and expedite the open laboratory construction. The shortcoming of traditional laboratory and significance of the open laboratory were discussed concisely, and the way to realize and construct open laboratory was discussed too. |
