| Abstract: | Based on the organization behavioral science,through conducting the questionnaire survey of instructors' job satisfaction in Putian university and analyzing its primary influencing factors,the writer reveals the existing problems in the instructors' management and construction,thus providing a scientific basis for enhancing the construction of instructors' team in colleges and universities. |
