| 摘 要： | 司法改革的核心是法官独立，但目前我国法官独立严重缺失，法官的审判权力和个人权利均得不到有效保障。文章从宪法规定的不完善、传统司法文化的负面影响和具体制度不健全等方面对法官独立缺失的原因进行了探讨，以期对正在进行的司法改革有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Independence of Judgers is the central part of Judicial reform,but at present there is a severe lack of it in our judicial system.moreover,the right of judgers and individuals can't be guaranteed.This article probe into such aspects as improvement of constitution regulations,negative influence of the traditional judicial culture and incomplete specific regulations so as to benefit the going judicial reform. |
