儒家“正己正人”思想对现代管理的积极意义

摘    要:儒家“正己正人”思想对现代管理的积极意义表现在两个方面:一是“修身而治人”,这是一种很好的导向管理方式,对管理者来说,良好的道德修养能感召被管理者,从而在管理范围内形成整体一致、健康向上的价值取向。二是“上行而下效”,在良好道德修养的引导下,管理者的身体力行及总领全局的实践精神是对被管理者的有效的正面引导,是活的管理方法。“正己正人”思想发挥管理作用应注意从柔性管理状态向制度化管理的渗透与转化以及从“正己正人”的形象塑造到融入民主监督的群体氛围两个环节的问题。

Abstract:The Confucian thought,"managing oneself to manage others",has two positive effects on the modern management. Firstly,"building up oneself to manage others" is a very effective way of management, for those managers who have high moral accomplishments can affect the managed. Then, The manager and the managed have the same value orientation. Secondly, "the managed may follow what the managers do", it is an active way of management so that the managers who have good morality can guide the managed. Thirdly, the thought "managing oneself to manage others" is not enough for the modern managers. In addition, they must guide the managed with a changing viewpoint from self-management to regularizing-management, and the managers who are in power should be supervised by the public.
