| Abstract: | In the recent thirty years,under the circumstance of the rapid increase of the foreign direct investment and the trend of the economic globalization,disadvantages existing in the process of the China government regulating the foreign direct investments increasingly visible.This paper reveals those disadvantages and gives some suggestions to improve the regulations of China. |
