| 摘 要： | 创新是指运用已有的知识想出新办法,提出新见解,开拓新领域,创造新产品.创新掣人才是指能够孕育出新观念,并能将其付诸实施,取得新成果的人.大学是创新型人才培养的主要渠道.同时又是高层次创新人才集聚的战略高地,创新型人才的培养,应在传承既有培养模式的基础上.力求从另一个新的角度来思考.
