基于VC++的医用机械手远程控制的实现

摘    要:采用Windows环境下的VC 6.0编程,遵循RS-232协议和RS-485协议,使用串口通信技术和无线传输技术,设计开发了远程控制机械手参数调节及运动控制系统。文中对机械手的伺服系统、机械手与远程PC的通讯协议以及系统所实现的功能进行了介绍。该系统控制精度高,运行稳定,实时性高。

Abstract:A system which is used as parameter modification and motion control in the remote control of manipulator is designed by using the VC 6.0 as programming method in the Windows environment,following the RS-232 and RS-485 protocol and using the technologies of serial port communication and wireless transmission.In addition,the servo system of manipulator,the communication protocol between manipulator and remote PC and the functions of system are also introduced.This system has high control precision,and is friendly to human and machine interface,good at real time and works steadily.
