模数转换器中的采样保持电路非理想因素建模

摘    要:针对采样保持电路建立采样模式和保持模式的理想模型,对于影响这两者性能的非理想因素进行分析,并在Matlab中建立相应的模型,重点就运放可能的工作状态压摆区和线性区进行了建模,对于压摆区采用点斜式模型,而对于线性区则采用了单极点模型.进行了整体系统仿真分析,由仿真提取了采样保持电路性能指标.

Abstract:To sample-hold circuit,ideal models of sampling and holding modes have been set up.The authors have analyzed the nonideal factors that affecting the two's performance and set up relevant model in Matlab with an emphasis on slew region and lineal region of the possible working status,while applying point slope model to slew region and single pole model to lineal region,and have had a simulation analysis of the total system and obtained performance indexes of sample-hold circuit.
