| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后,旅游企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,尤其是旅行社业.对旅游企业来讲,人才流失就是资产的流失,如何充分发挥旅行社的人力资源的作用,防止人才流失,是我国旅行社业值得思考的一个重要问题.
