关汉卿《不伏老》“分茶”之考释——与王学奇教授商榷

关汉卿在散曲《不伏老》中有“分茶”一词。本文根据历代制茶、饮茶方法曾有多次显著变化这一点,认为“分茶”的内涵或形式也会随之而异,不能作“随意饮酒、小吃”解,而训解为“品茶”是比较稳妥的。

Philological Study of the Term "Fen Tea" in Not Yielding to Old Age by Guan Hanqing

There is a term " fen tea" in the non-dramatic song Not Yielding to Old Age by Guan Hanqing. According to the fact that there were quite a few noticeable changes in the methods used for making and drinking tea in different times, the author of this article argues that the implication of the term "fen tea" , or the way it is done may have been altered along with the noticeable changes in the methods, that the term can not be casually interpreted as "singing over tea" , and that it is relatively suitable to interpret "fen tea" as "sip tea so as to judge its quality".
