摘    要:社会的发展使教育变革的速度越来越快。由于变革充满了不确定性和模糊性,以及教师个体因经验和能力差异而导致的对变革的不同认识,教师在面对复杂的变革情境时,往往表现出一种极度的焦虑状态,并表现为多种不同的类型。这些焦虑造成教师在专业发展中自我效能的丧失以及对专业发展的消极和抵制情绪,因此采取适当措施,减少教师在变革中的焦虑程度对推进教师专业发展具有极其重要的意义。

Abstract:The development of the society makes educational reform happen more and more quickly. Because it is full of uncertainty and fuzzy,and teachers'different understanding of the reform due to their individual experience and ability,teachers often feel extremely concerned with the reform in the face of the complicated situations,and these concerns consist of many kinds, which cause teacher's forfeiture of self-efficiency in professional development and the resistance to the professional development. So it's very important for advancing teachers'professional development to employ appropriate strategies to reduce the teachers'concerns.
