| 摘 要： | 雅典城邦是个公民集体，公民是“属于城邦的人”，其权力包括土地所有权以及建立在此基础上的社会与政治权利。由于需要雅典城邦首数度晨雅典人接纳为雅典公民，但本质上雅典公民是个闭塞、排外的集体，排他性最终使其走上人数日工被外邦灭亡之路。
