| 摘 要： | 旅游犯罪作为一个严重的社会问题,近年来引起了社会各界的广泛关注,并成为国外旅游研究的重要领域之一.本文探讨了旅游犯罪的概念和特点,引入犯罪学"日常活动理论",对旅游犯罪的成因进行了较为详细的分析,并结合日常活动理论,从旅游犯罪防控责任相关者的视角,提出了预防旅游犯罪的对策和建议,以期对未来的旅游犯罪研究和管理提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | Tourism crime,a serious social problem,arouses wide concern among all social circles and becomes an important field of tourism research abroad in recent years,of which this article discusses the definition and characteristics,elaborates the causes and comes up with countermeasures and proposals in the light of routine activity theory and from the perspective of liability subjects,and hopefully sheds some light on the research and management. |
