| 摘 要： | 人类的交际分语言交际和非语言交际,中西方在跨文化交际中经常出现文化冲突,严重影响了交往的顺利进行。因此我们很有必要探讨中西方在语言交际和非语言交际中的差异,避免文化冲突,从而提高跨文化交际能力。

| Abstract: | The communications include verbal and nonverbal ones.Culture conflicts often occur during the cross-cultural communications,which greatly affect the communications.In order to avoid cultural conflicts and improve the cross-cultural communications,it is necessary for us to make a comparative study between Chinese and Western people in the verbal and nonverbal communications. |
