| 摘 要： | 阐述了高等职业教育的发展,必须以科学发展观为指导,要树立以人为本、服务教学的思想。提出高职教育必须加强实训基地建设、坚持全面、协调、可持续发展,为地方经济建设培养大批"实用型"技能人才措施。
