| 摘 要： | 探讨不同的运动负荷的游泳训练对SD大鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。笔者采用Ⅲ型补体大分子片段(C3b)致敏孝母血凝法研究红细胞膜C3b受体活性以及红细胞免疫复合物的变化,采用PEG半定量法测定血清免疫复合物(CIC)的变化,结果发现:训练会对大鼠的红细胞免疫功能产生影响,其影响程度与运动负荷的变化有关,通过本文的研究,提示中等强度的运动对改善机体的红细胞免疫功能起有良好的作用。

Effect of Exercise Training on Red Cell Immune in Mice |

| Abstract: | C3b sensitized yeast red cell agglutination was used to study the changes of red cell CRIactivity and RBC-IC,PEG semi-metry method was used to study the change of CIC in serum. The results indicated that some kind of exercise training plans can affect RBC immune function.We think moderate intense exercise can amplify such functions and may increase ability to decrease diease in body.But its mechanism is not be sure in our reseach.We believe it is really impotant to continue this reseach to analyse such mechanism. |
