| 摘 要： | 我国社会主义市场经济正在逐步确立，而且我国已经加入WTO,宪法作为国家的根本大法，应适应这种变化并更好地发挥其作用。我国的社会主义市场经济的发展与宪法的规定内容之间存在着非对应性，因此我们应该逐步完善宪法内容，发挥宪法在市场经济建设中的根本性作用。
