| 摘 要： | 在当前中国高教大众化背景下，成人高教降低门槛招收学生，出现了较为严重的“教育难”问题。教育主管部门的有效调控（监控）、各级对成人教育的准确定位、成人教育的立法、成教院校的自我约束、精心施教和积极开拓，能够为解决“教育难”问题创造良好的条件。

| Abstract: | In the context of education popularization in China nowadays, adult higher education reduces the threshold of recruiting student. There appears serious problems of difficult-to-education students. The solution to the problem lies in the effective regulation and supervising by the department in charge of education, accurate localization of all levels, legislation, self-discipline and active exploration of adult colleges. |
