| 摘 要： | 蔡元培是我国近代伟大的教育家、思想家。20世纪初期，蔡元培在北京大学进行的那场轰轰烈烈的改革，是值得当前高校的改革借鉴的。特定的历史条件是改革的前提。蔡元培个人的高教思想、办学理念、人格胜力、改革措施是改革成功的关键。北大师生在改革中所起的作用是不容忽视的。

| Abstract: | CAI Yuanpei is a great educationist and thinker in modern China.At t he early twentieth century,the vig-orous reform in Peking University launched by CA I was a good reference for the present college reform.The specific his-torical situation is the premise for the reform,and CAI's thoughts of higher education, ideas of running colleges,charm of personality and measures for the reform are t he key,not to exclude the role played by the teachers and students in the reform . |
