| Abstract: | The base of the Chinese Navy of the Ching dynasty was the Fuzhou warship manufacturing plant. The raising and declining of the Fuzhou warship manufacturing plant was decided by the changing of the Ching government's principle that guided the development of navy. The raising and declining of the Fuzhou warship manufacturing plant , the evolution of the strategy of national defenses decided the development of the modern Chinese Navy. |
