关于图书馆迈向现代化的若干思考

由于先进信息技术的发展及其在图书馆的应用，人们对潜在的网络图书馆与现实的图书馆之间的认识越来越模糊。本文分析了图书馆在现代条件下，“变”与“不变”的问题，所谓变，是指图书馆的文献信息形态，读者的需求，管理技术，图书馆人员的观念的变化，所谓不变，是指图书馆通过信息资源的体系来维护，发展和开发来促进社会发展的使命是不变的。

Some Thoughts on Library Going for Modernization

Due to the development of advance information technique and its using in library,the difference between net library and real library is more and more vague.The paper analyses,in modern condition,the changeable and unchangeable problems of library.Changeable means the change in document information form,reader demand,management technique and the idea;the unchangeable refers to the mission of library is unchangeable,that is,using information resource system to promote the development of society.
