福建省普通本科院校体育院系师资结构与科研现状

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对近年来福建省普通本科院校体育院系教师的师资结构现状及科研现状进行研究。研究表明：福建省一般本科院校体育院系教师学历总体偏低,人均发表论文数较低,高级别课题和成果数量偏少。经费少,奖励制度不健全,体育教师自身的科研能力有限,对科研的重要性认识不够,是制约教师参与科研的重要因素。

Scientific Research Situation and Teachers Structure of Physical

A study was conducted by means of literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis method. Scientific research situation and teachers＇ structure of physical education department in colleges in Fujian Province in recent years were studied.Research shows that teachers of Physical Education Department in colleges in Fujian Province have low degree on the whole, few papers published per capita,a few number high level subject and achievements.The funds is less,the reward system is not perfect,the sports teacher＇s scientific research ability is limited,the teachers do not pays enough attention to the importance of scientific research, which is the important factor restricting teachers participate in the research.
