摘    要:自我意识是人类意识发展的最高级阶段,是人格的核心.元认知是人们对自我认知的认知.运用元认知策略培养和提升大学生的自我意识水平是一条科学高效的方法和途径.文章从大学生的自我认识、自我体验、自我控制三方面入手,探讨了元认知策略的应用功能,对大学生自我意识培养和健全人格的塑造具有实践指导意义.

Abstract:The self-consciousness of person is the highest stage of development of human consciousness,and is the kernel of personality.The metacognition for people is the consciousness of self-consciousness.Proceeding from three aspects of student,namely self-knowing,self-experience and self-control,the paper inquires the applied function of the cognitive strategy,which has the practical guidable significance for fostering the self-consciousness and plasticizing the healthy personality.
