| 摘 要： | 80年代中期在英国进行的教育改革中，由政府正式提出了“英国学校本位”的师资培训方式，但这一改革在一定意义上讲并不算成功，主要是因为设能解决好理论与实践的关系，以及师范教育的主导权，改革的动力等问题。

| Abstract: | In the mid-80s of 20th century, the British government put forward the school-based teachers training pattern with the purpose to carry on the education reform. However the reform was not so successful mainly because the relationship between theory and practice,the importance of teacher education,and the commitment to reform the education were not correctly comprehended and consequently the problems were net properly solved. |
