学校危机事件的心理干预

摘    要:危机事件具有突发性、威胁性、不确定性、紧迫性和震慑性等特点,往往会给人们的心理产生严重冲击。当然人们对危机事件的反应,在不同时期具有不同的特点,实施有效的心理干预就必须先分析了解这些特点。保持与危机者密切接触,给予危机者以精神支持、调动社会支持资源给予危机者关心帮助以及适当的认知干预等都是有效的心理干预方法。

Abstract:Crisis events characterized by paroxysm,threat,uncertainty,urgency and frightening often pose a severe impact on people's psychology.People's response to crisis events has different features in different periods of time.Analysis and understanding these features help to implement effective psychological intervention.Effective approaches of psychological intervention include keeping close contact with the person in crisis,meting out spiritual support,deploying the social supportive resources to give him attention and help and timely cognitive intervention.
